A simple breathing exercise to help you relax and focus on the present moment.

Find a comfortable sitting position. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of 4, hold for a count of 2, and slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of 6. Repeat this pattern 10 times, focusing only on your breath. When thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and gently return your focus to your breathing.
