The Cornell Note-Taking Method Explained

#productivity #learning

Instructions on how to use the Cornell method for effective notes.

Set up your paper by drawing a line down the page about two and a half inches from the left margin and a line across the bottom of the page about two inches from the edge. Use the large right-hand section to record notes during a lecture or meeting. Use the left-hand column to write keywords or questions that correspond to the notes. Use the bottom section to write a brief summary of the page's content after the session to reinforce retention.
