Write a scene between two characters, a CEO and a disgruntled co-founder, who are meeting for coffee. The topic of their conversation must strictly be about the weather and the quality of the coffee. However, through subtext, body language descriptions, and pacing, convey to the reader that they are actually discussing a hostile takeover and the co-founder's impending dismissal. Do not use any direct statements about business, employment, or contracts.
